Issy-les-Moulineaux has been subject for many years to intense changes regarding city-planning with the urban renewal of its historical centre and the regeneration of its brownfields, still in process.

The interest of its Mayor for ICT and the strong Internet uptake by the population have led the Municipality to associate citizens and professionals in the implementation of urban-planning projects which progressively changed the face of the city.
